This April the elders would like to invite the parents of pre-teen and teens (5th-12th grade) for a four week class session on parenting beginning the first Sunday in April. The sessions will be after church from 12:30 until 2 pm. Please bring a sack lunch and meet in the cafeteria to discuss raising teens. Both parents are encouraged to come. There will be no childcare. All the lessons will be posted under the Teen Ministry Lessons section. This year's retreat for 10-12 grade guys was again awesome. For 3 days we roughed it out in the woods of Warsaw, VA (no showers). We had lessons everyday and had times of confession and prayer. We also had lots of paintball action. Some of paintball games we played were capture the flag, king of the hill (by teams), and our own version of Revoluntionary War. Teens and teen leaders from Richmond,VA Roanoke,VA and Hampton Roads,VA were there. All the lessons are posted under the Teen Ministry Lesson section.  Check out our Rambo Weekend video.

We are very thankful to Mike and Kristen Lamb coming down from the Boston Teen Ministry to be our guest speakers this year. We had over 220 teens and teen leaders from all over Maryland and Virginia there. You can find both their lessons under the Teen Ministry Lessons section.
